Whether it's Travis Kelce's girlfriend Taylor Swift or Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly, partners of NFL stars have often become victims of massive social media trolling. Kelly Stafford recently shared how she has been battling with "depressing thoughts" due to online trolling.
On Friday's episode of "The Morning After" podcast, Kelly Stafford said:
"I want to get off social media so bad. I don’t want to be on it anymore. It’s honestly giving me depressing thoughts. But in the work that we are in, that’s not really an option. I’m human."

"I post something about a game or something, and either I need to wear more makeup, or now I am looking like I had plastic surgery because I actually had time to do my makeup, and I did it because I felt like I needed to."
Kelly Stafford also shared her New Year resolution on the podcast: to end her "scary" people-pleasing nature, which she has been battling for a long time.
Kelly Stafford shared her New Year resolution: focusing on mental health
Kelly Stafford previously shared she underwent therapy to help with her "people-pleasing" nature. During the same podcast, Kelly revealed getting rid of this issue, with her New Year resolution this year. Talking about the same, she said:
"My resolution is I have a really hard time, um, not listening to everything said around me that is about me. And when this comes to pleasing people, like I have changed a lot about myself in the past 16 years to try to please people that I've never met." (13:01)
"It is very, very scary to raise four girls in a world where opinions of people you've never met matter to you. So to be honest my resolution is to everyday remind myself that the people who matter, those are the opinions that matter to me."
In another segment of the podcast, Kelly Stafford expressed she felt guilty about taking her husband, Matthew Stafford, for granted.
