Los Angeles Rams star Matthew Stafford and his wife Kelly have been married for nine years. On Friday's episode of "The Morning After" podcast, Kelly praised the Rams star for providing their family with a good life.
"I take Matthew for granted a lot, and this new year, I want to do a better job of reminding him of how grateful I am to be married to a man who is incredible with our daughters, has a level head about most everything except for my mornings with my kids. I win that one because you're not here."

Kelly added that she needed to do a better job supporting Stafford, who signed a $160 million contract with the Rams in 2022.
"He supplies us with an incredible life but not only that, he fills this home with love constantly," Kelly said. "If I'm having a bad day, he is the first one coming over to me, hugging me, asking me. If he is having a bad day, I'm the one going, 'Well, I had a bad day too'. And that's not a marriage and I need to be better with it." (21:40)
Matthew and Kelly met during their time at the University of Georgia. They have four daughters, Sawyer, Chandler, Hunter and Tyler.
Kelly Stafford penned emotional note for Matthew Stafford following Rams playoff qualification
Following the Week 17 win against the Cardinals, the Rams qualified for the NFL playoffs, and Matthew Stafford's wife shared an emotional note, celebrating the big win. On Sunday, Kelly shared an Instagram post featuring a wholesome message for the Rams quarterback.
"PLAYOFF BOUND. When you start at 1-4, most would think it’s over and find it hard to keep going. ... What an incredible example you set for our girls and all the kids watching you play," Kelly wrote.
"Congrats to the comeback kid, the OG of arm angles and no-lookers, the “it’s never over” guy, a true leader, toughest QB out there and future HOFer. 0-0. LFG."
