Los Angeles has been badly affected by the raging Pacific Palisades wildfire, with more than 180,000 residents evacuated from their homes. Moreover, according to CNN, more than 17,234 acres of land have been burned so far.
The ongoing situation in LA has left many NFL celebrities heartbroken, including Matthew Stafford’s wife Kelly.
On Wednesday, Kelly Stafford took to her Instagram story to share her reaction to the natural calamity. She voiced her prayers for all the victims of the wildfire. Sharing her reaction, the podcaster wrote:
“Watching this over and over because it doesn’t seem real. These fires still rage with fire fighters working around the clock.. praying for slower winds and safety.”

“These fires are truly terrifying. Praying for all the fire fighters and their loved ones. Yes, homes and structures are important, but never more important than a life. Please stay safe.”
Matthew Stafford’s wife Kelly opened up about ongoing battles with health
On Tuesday, Kelly Stafford revealed suffering from the flu, along with her three daughters. The podcaster revealed how her condition has worsened, leaving her “bedridden” and at a distance from her husband Matthew Stafford. Talking about the same, Kelly said:
"I wish iMessages had a custom auto response, but instead here you go: I have been bedridden for over 36 hours with this flu. I have 3 girls who are also battling the same. My energy is too low to think/organize/care for anyone but my kids and I.
"If you have been trying to get a hold of me about the playoff game and are getting no response, it will remain the way until I am able to function," Kelly further added.
Before talking about her current health status, Kelly Stafford revealed how she “passed out” in the VIP suites of the Rams in the Week 18 clash against the Seahawks. Kelly’s statement came during Tuesday’s episode of her “The Morning After” podcast, in which she said:
"I can't think straight. I currently believe I have the flu. Two of my daughters have the flu, and I wasn't able to move yesterday at the game. I passed out on a little bench in the suite."
"We had like all of our friends in town and I was a real downer. But turns out, I had a pediatrician come over, and, Chandler has the flu, which makes me think Tyler had the flu and still has it. And that's what I have. Body aches are serious," Kelly concluded. (0:17)
Moving forward in the podcast, Kelly Stafford also revealed how she has been “pissed off” with the Rams’ NFL Playoffs’ Wild Card schedule. As of now, though, she is focussed on keeping her husband safe by maintaining a distance and not giving him the flu.
