Maxx Crosby was ruled out for the season after Week 15, when he announced that he would be undergoing surgery in his feet after nagging issues. His team, the Las Vegas Raiders' slip continued in his absence and they ended the year 4-13. After the season finale, Mark Davis and the Raiders fired head coach Antonio Pierce.
Speaking to a reporter, Crosby made it clear that he loved being a Raider and would ideally continue to remain one. But he also acknowledged that just like owner Mark Davis, he wanted to win as well, but he said he was taking it "one day at a time" on his future.
"All I want to do is win, and that's the number one most important thing to me. So we're gonna see what happens. You know, for me, I truly love being a Raider. I want to win here. I want to win with the Raiders. But, we'll see. There's gonna be a lot of change, and I'm gonna just take it one day at a time. That's literally all I can control."

Maxx Crosby has, in many ways, become the face of the organization. His work ethic - playing through multiple injuries - has been inspiring to the locker room. Should he decide to leave the Raiders, it will be a big loss to the team.
Maxx Crosby makes feelings known on Antonio Pierce's firing
Before speaking about his future, he also acknowledged that Pierce was a great coach and he would be missed.
"I was very vocal. I believed in AP. This season didn't go the way anybody expected it to be honest, and it's unfortunate. Shout out to AP, big shout out to AP. I wish him the best and hope his family everything. Like, because people don't, you know, the life, the real human element to it. It's not easy."
He also added that he would now have to play under a different coach and seemed a bit concerned with the fact that the new HC would be their fifth in five years.
With this constant coach-shuffling have the Raiders lost the faith of their locker room as well?
