Maxx Crosby has been through a lot since he was drafted by the Las Vegas Raiders. From the team relocating to the lack of on-field success, the superstar pass rusher is yet to see the franchise putting a good, winning product to its fans.

2024 certainly wasn't what they expected to be. The Raiders finished the year with a 4-13 record, never fought for a playoff berth, and to make matters worse, owner Mark Davis decided to let go of head coach Antonio Pierce after a single season, sparking a new wave of interviews and a new coaching staff to come.

Crosby, who has been voted an All-Pro twice in his career, isn't happy with the direction of the franchise. He did not hide the disappointment of another coaching change, and it looks like the defender is starting to think about a future away from Las Vegas:

"Being here with the Raiders, I've seen a lot. I mean, I'm gonna be on a new head coach again. This will be the fifth head coach we've had or whatever so we'll see."

Since 2019, the year Crosby was drafted, the franchise has had many different head coaches. Jon Gruden was there from 2018 to October 2021, and Rich Bisaccia became their interim head coach until the end of that season. Josh McDaniels was hired in 2022 but lasted a year and a half, with Pierce taking over as interim in 2023.

Things could change for the Raiders with Tom Brady acting as a minority owner, as reports from NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero state that Brady has called his old coach, Bill Belichick, to talk about the opening in Las Vegas.

Where will the Raiders pick in the 2025 NFL Draft?

Following a 4-13 season, Las Vegas will be on the clock when the 6th overall pick arrives. They tied with the New England Patriots and the Jacksonville Jaguars, but those teams will pick first due to the strength of schedule.

Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders looked like the favorite prospect for the organization at many points during the season, but when they won two late games in December, they put themselves out of contention for Deion's son.
