The Cleveland Browns will face the Washington Commanders in Week 17 as the NFL regular season winds down. On Twitter, the Browns tweeted a picture of the seven United States presidents born in Ohio. The tweet was seen as innocent since the Browns are playing with a team near the President's residence in Washington, D.C. Yet, many NFL fans saw the correlation in a different light.
Fans took to Twitter to savagely go after Cleveland in an attempt to get one over on the Commanders. Some drew comparisons to former President Donald Trump and current Cleveland quarterback Deshaun Watson.

Another fan questioned the use of the word "powerhouse" when looking at Cleveland's tweet:
Deshaun Watson will be making his fifth start of the season versus the Commanders in Week 17. Yet, fans are more focused on the quarterback's actions off the field before joining the Browns.
Why NFL fans drew comparisons to Deshaun Watson regarding the Browns tweet
Prior to his 11 game suspension, over two dozen civil lawsuits were filed on behalf of women accusing Watson of sexually harassing or assaulting them. The alleged harassment and assault occurred during private massage sessions while playing for the Houston Texans.
The three-time Pro Bowler denied wrongdoing in those cases, and 23 of the lawsuits were settled confidentially. Two grand juries in Texas decided not to criminally charge Watson. Watson, spoke to reporters after his suspension ended but didn't address the accusations.
Watson said:
“I understand you guys have a lot of questions, but with my legal team and my clinical team, there is only football questions that I can really address at this time."
When Watson made his debut with the team in Week 13 versus the Texans, around 10 of his accusers were in attendance at the game. In a statement, Tony Buzbee, the lawyer representing the accusers who attended the game, emphasized the significance of their presence.
Buzbee said:
“They thought it important to make it clear that they are still here and that they matter. I was proud of them for that. I have made that opportunity available to them. I haven’t been to a Texans game in many years. But, because they are going, I will go too.”
For Browns fans, the former Clemson Tigers star will be there for the foreseeable future. He signed a five-year, $230 million, fully guaranteed deal in March. We'll see if the fans change their minds about Watson in the future.
