NFL fans hyped over Aaron Rodgers' odds to win 2028 US Presidential Election - "Make the playoffs, he got my vote"

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been known to dabble in political conversation and make his views known. Would the quarterback ever consider a run for the Oval Office?

The betting site Bookies.com released the 2028 Election Odds and Probabilities. There are many familiar names from the world of politics, including Vice President Kamala Harris, Governor of California Gavin Newsom and Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis. But there is one person on the list that doesn't have any political background: Aaron Rodgers.

There are +3000 odds that Aaron Rodgers will run for President and even win the race.

NFL fans on social media, of course, had plenty to say about this post by Bookies.com. There were, of course, some fans who said if Aaron Rodgers led the New York Jets to the playoffs, they would elect him President of the United States. Others took the opportunity to make jokes and say that he would 'get sacked' before participating in a debate.

Others thought it was way too early to even be speaking about Presidential odds, just two days removed from the current election cycle. One fan compared it to assembling a Fantasy Football draft order in the middle of the season.

There were plenty of jokes about the possibility of Aaron Rodgers being elected President of the United States.

The 2024 NFL trade deadline has officially come and gone and NFL teams are essentially set. The New York Jets currently have a 3-6 record and are in second place of the AFC East, behind the Buffalo Bills.

According to Fox Sports, the New York Jets currently have a +2200 odds to win the AFC East. The odds to win Super Bowl LIX in February 2025 are +7500. Those odds have drastically changed since the preseason.

Rodgers and the New York Jets had +1900 odds of making Super Bowl LIX during the preseason as the anticipation was high.
