Skip Bayless, like so many fans, was on social media discussing Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin and what happened to him on the field. Bayless' tweet, however, was more geared toward the Buffalo Bills - Cincinnati Bengals game itself. The Week 17 Monday Night Football was suspended after Hamlin's devastating injury, but Bayless was more concerned about when the game could be completed.
On Tuesday's episode of "Undisputed", Bayless attempted to apologize for his heartless tweet, but some NFL fans weren't buying it.

In the first quarter of the Week 17 AFC matchup, Hamiln tackled Bengals wideout Tee Higgins after Higgins caught a 13-yard pass. After the tackle, Hamlin got up and immediately fell back on the field. Next, medical personnel came onto the field to tend to Damar Hamlin for around 10 minutes. They had to give the Bills safety CPR and oxygen after he lost his heartbeat on the field.
An ambulance came onto the field at Paycor Stadium as Hamlin was strapped to a stretcher and taken to a local medical center. Hamlin is currently being treated at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and is listed in crucial condition.
There's no set timetable to play the game as Bills and Bengals players and staff are worried about Hamlin's health.
What did Skip Bayless say in his initial tweet about Damar Hamlin?
In Skip Bayless' initial tweet, he talked about the league possibly postponing the game but never mentioned Damar Hamlin by name.
Bayless said:
"No doubt the NFL is considering postponing the rest of this game - but how? This late in the season, a game of this magnitude is crucial to the regular-season outcome ... which suddenly seems so irrelevant."
The "Undisputed" co-host didn't offer an apology on the show as Shannon Sharpe was noticeably absent from the show on Tuesday. We'll see if Skip Bayless continues to get backlash for his comments and lack of apology.
