NFL fans lose it over Samson Nacua's narrowly-missed TD

The ascension of Puka Nacua was one of the most interesting stories of the 2024 season. The Los Angeles Rams wide receiver quickly ascended to elite levels, turning himself into a superstar from the very beginning and establishing himself as the best receiver in a group that also had Cooper Kupp.

Puka also has a brother who plays football. Samson Nacua is currently a member of the New Orleans Saints, but he isn't nearly as established as his brother. Fighting for his own life in the NFL, however, there's a good probability he helped himself on Sunday.

Samson engineered a fantastic return that almost ended as a touchdown, and although he couldn't finish the job, he was able to impress everyone who was watching the play - including NFL fans, who noted how good he seemed to be:

Puka Nacua's brother was an undrafted player coming out of BYU in the 2021 NFL Draft, and he's also trying to make a name for himself in the league. One must remember that the Rams got Puka in the fifth round, so being overlooked is nothing uncommon to the family.

Puka was the 177th pick from the Los Angeles Rams. He led all rookies in receptions and receiving yards, breaking many records. He had seven games with at least 100 receiving yards.

As he enters his second season, he's part of a team close to breaking out and competing for the Super Bowl again. The trio composed of Puka, Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp is strong.

In what will be the first season of Sean McVay's era without Aaron Donald as their main leader, other younger players will have to emerge and add extra responsibility. This also means that Puka will look to break into the league's elite
