Derek Carr just cannot stop getting in his way, it seems - committing turnovers even when his team is winning. And his latest one has fans mocking him in droves.
During Monday night's game at the Kansas City Chiefs, the New Orleans Saints quarterback killed his team's opening drive by throwing this interception to safety Bryan Cook.
There was much mockery from the fanbase:

More of it can be seen below:
"Not sure what Carr was thinking!" one wondered.
"Candidate for the worst throw of the season," another declared.
"Will Levis - esk (sic)," another's comparison read.
The Chiefs would score a touchdown in their ensuing drive, courtesy of running back Kareem Hunt, who is playing his second straight game in relief of the injured Isiah Pacheco.
Derek Carr discusses the crowd atmosphere at Chiefs’ home stadium
Arrowhead Stadium is widely recognized as one of the loudest sports venues in the world, and Derek Carr knows it. After all, he played the Chiefs multiple times in his career as an Oakland/Las Vegas Raider.
Speaking to reporters during practice on Thursday, he discussed the crowd and the atmosphere:
“One of if not the loudest stadium I’ve ever played in, and they have a really good football team. So it’s a fun environment to play in, very tough to execute and win in, but again, one of my favorite places to play.”
He continued:
“They’ll say all kinds of crazy stuff about your family and you and all that. And it’s all a part of it, especially to me, since I played there so many times. There’s one guy that always says a lot of stuff to me, but we’ve had fun over the years.”
Given how the NFL’s scheduling algorithm works, he must have also been practicing his teammates for a year. A “mic’d up” video from last season featured Carr telling Taysom Hill about a trick to prevent noise from getting into his helmet; taping his ears.
