Former Cleveland Browns running back Jim Brown died last week at the age of 87 of natural causes. While the sports world came to recognize everything that the former Browns legend did on the field, there were some that couldn't let go of the off-the-field accusations that were made against him.Many agreed that it wasn't the appropriate time to mention these allegations so soon after his passing. Others just weren't aware of the fact that the former NFL running back was accused of assault by women.The conversation of the running back's past took place among fans on Reddit as well as Twitter. Some were willing to speak their mind and wanted others to mention the former running back's past as well.Jim Brown was arrested on several occassions for assault and battery. He served three months in 2002 and was placed on probation and completed community service for the charges.
