Former NFL head coah and now analyst Rex Ryan has made the rounds on the internet today for something completely unrelated to football.

During a segment on "ESPN NFL Countdown" this morning, the broadcast showed Ryan turning his phone to the panel, which showed an unusual wallpaper.

During the show, it was revealed that Ryan's wallpaper is a picture of a woman on her phone with her toes right in front of the camera.

Of course, the internet began trolling Ryan for his interesting choice of wallpaper. Some fans labeled Ryan as a "freak" while others questioned if the photo is of his wife's toes.

Here's how some of the fans reacted:

"He looks like exactly the kind of guy that would have that Lock Screen," a fan wrote.
"Is he married? Might be his wife. Or he’s just a freak," someone wrote.
"That's his wife, and yes he's got a foot thing ... for all you new fans to Football ... it's friggin' hilarious," a fan replied.

Others continued to either jokingly praise or hype up Ryan for his unusual wallpaper.

"some things never change…," a fan wrote.
"We know he likes feet you’re late to this party," a fan said.
"It’s well known Rex is a feet guy," someone wrote.

The cat is out of the bag, as Ryan has openly admitted to having an admiration for feet earlier this year. Speaking on "The Pivot" with Channing Crowder and Ryan Clark, Ryan had no shame letting the world know that he is a feet guy.

“I love my wife’s feet," he admitted. "I don’t know what it is. But if a chick’s got jacked-up feet, I’m out. I don’t care how gorgeous. I’m out. I don’t know what the hell it is. Some people are b**b guys, leg guys. Of course, I notice a pretty gorgeous face, whatever… but I’m checking the feet out.”

Could Rex Ryan become a head coach in 2025? It's a possibility. After the New York Jets fired coach Robert Saleh early in the 2025 season, they have to find his replacement, and it doesn't seem as if they'll make an in-season hire.

Sports radio broadcaster Jake Asman revealed this morning that Ryan told him he expects to speak with the Jets for their coaching gig once the regular season ends.

Asman posted:

"Rex Ryan tells me that he expects to speak with the #Jets for their head coaching opening after the regular season ends."

Rex Ryan was the head coach for the Jets from 2009-2014. He led them to the AFC Championship in each of his first two seasons with the team before Buffalo hired him in 2015.

Ryan lasted two seaons with Buffalo, going 8-8 in 2015 and 7-8 the following season before being fired.
