Russell Wilson was acquired by the Denver Broncos this offseason for a big haul to be their franchise quarterback. The Seattle Seahawks traded Wilson to Denver in exchange for two first-round picks, two second-round picks, a fifth-round pick, Drew Lock, Shelby Harris and Noah Fant.
So far, the dividends haven't paid off for Denver, as Wilson is statistically having the worst season of his career.
He's 3-10 as the starting quarterback and is completing a career-low 60.1 percent of passes while throwing only 12 touchdowns and nine interceptions.

According to Rapoport, some of the things Wilson will focus on differently this offseason is his preparation, offseason routine, in-season routine and handling things differently for each individual game.
According to NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport, Wilson is planning on having a completely different routine and approach for next year.
Rapoport wrote:
"His preparation. His offseason routine to be ready for the season. His in-season routine to be ready for each individual game. What he does. How he does it. What it looks like."
NFL fans took to Twitter to brutally troll Wilson for his plans to have a different offseason routine for next year.
Here's what the fans said:
The Denver Broncos fired head coach Nathaniel Hackett during his first season as head coach
After Denver's embarrassing Christmas Day blowout loss to the Los Angeles Rams, where they gave up 51 points, the team decided to fire first-year head coach Nanthaniel Hackett.
Hackett was hired on Jan. 22, 2022 to become the Broncos' newest head coach after firing Vic Fangio.
After an underwhelming season with a 4-11 record, he was fired by the team on Dec. 26 and was replaced by Jerry Rosburg.
If Wilson continues to play the way he did this season, he could cost more people jobs in Denver as they are contractually tied down to him.
