Tony Romo got on the nerves of some NFL fans when he commented on the AFC Championship game between the Chiefs and the Bills. Observers found him biased towards Kansas City on the broadcast, and some called for him to be fired.

The game featured two of the best quarterbacks in the league at the moment, with Josh Allen bringing his team to Patrick Mahomes' home. The Buffalo quarterback has never defeated the Kansas City star in the postseason and it looked like Tony Romo was rooting for that record to continue, according to some.

Fans took to X/Twitter to express their displeasure. Some called him the worst while others directly addressed him in no uncertain terms. Here are some of the reactions.

The reactions continued, with some asking CBS to fire Tony Romo. Others said they were openly rooting for the Bills because the commentator seemed biased toward the Chiefs. Here are some more posts from the social media platform.

"Bro fire Tony Romo from commentating" - said one.
"Tony Romo, does your jaw ever get tired after you are done covering a Chiefs game?" - questioned another.
"Please fire tony romo. He sounds awful over the mic, makes obvious observations that anybody can make, he does not have the resume to back up how arrogant he sounds, and he has jinxed more players than he has made memorable moments for viewers. Please spare us of him!" - exclaimed a third.
"For no other reason than disappointing Tony Romo, I hope the Buffalo Bills beat KC. The bias is nauseating." - added a fourth.

Tony Romo enthused by high-quality quarterback play by both Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes and Bills' Josh Allen

One could sympathize with Tony Romo, a former quarterback, and understand why he was so happy with what he saw. Both Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen are phenomenal quarterbacks, and they played that way in the AFC Championship game.

The Chiefs quarterback led the team on three touchdown drives in the first half but the Bills' star hit back with an opening-drive touchdown to retake the lead in the third quarter. It was an exhibition between the best quarterbacks in the league and Tony Romo seemed to be thrilled by what he was seeing. The AFC Championship game was always billed as such and it did not disappoint as the two great rivals renewed faced off once more.
