ESPN NFL insider Dan Graziano doesn't think Bill Belichick will be the next coach of the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys have Mike McCarthy as their head coach, but he's in the final year of his deal and his future has been up in the air.

"I also think there will be interest in Belichick," Graziano wrote. "I don't buy the idea of him in Dallas, where Jerry Jones is and always will be the GM and likes being the face of the franchise. And I don't buy him with the Giants, who don't know who their quarterback is going to be and have always kept their coach and GM in separate responsibility silos."

Belichick has been known to want roster control as a coach, while Jerry Jones won't give that up, which is why Graziano doesn't think the future Hall of Famer will be the Cowboys coach.

Belichick led the New England Patriots to six Super Bowl wins and is 302-165 all-time as an NFL head coach.

Insider reveals most likeliest team to hire Bill Belichick

Although many people thought the Cowboys were a logical fit for Belichick, Graziano believes the Jacksonville Jaguars are the better option.

Doug Pederson's future with the Jaguars is in doubt and Graziano thinks Belichick fits better in Jacksonville than Dallas.

"The place that makes the most sense for Belichick, to me, is Jacksonville, if/when it moves on from Doug Pederson," Graziano wrote. "It has a quarterback (though I admittedly don't know what Belichick thinks of Trevor Lawrence) and an owner with a track record of turning over the keys and telling his hires, "Do what you need to do to fix this.
"Shad Khan did this with Tom Coughlin. He did it with Urban Meyer. It doesn't always work, but it's a place where Belichick likely would have the level of control over the roster and offseason that he had in New England."

However, the Jaguars haven't officially fired Doug Pederson so the job is not vacant. But, if it does become vacant, Graziano believes the Jaguars are a good fit for Belichick and vice versa.
