Nick Sirianni is still under heat despite his team beating the Washington Commanders 55-23 in the 2024 NFC championship game. The Philadelphia Eagles had no mercy against their divisional rivals as Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley scored three touchdowns each to lead Philly to their second Super Bowl in the last three years.

Even so, Sirianni was criticized by fans. After NFL reporter Ari Meirov shared the Eagles coach's record over his four-year stay, plenty of fans flooded the comments with negative remarks.

"still a fraud," one fan said.

"still the most unliked coach in the league," another fan said.
"He ain’t good pal," another fan said.

Others said it wasn't hard to post such a record with a team like the Philadelphia Eagles, crediting Howie Roseman and the players for the good numbers this season.

"overrated head coach. GM needs more credit for the rosters he’s built up," one fan said.
"He’s got the best GM and talent," another fan said.

Nick Sirianni entered this season with more doubts than certainties after his team couldn't move past the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the wild card round of the 2023 NFL playoffs, following a 1-5 run to end the regular season. When many thought he would be fired, Sirianni was given another chance to return, but many felt he wasn't the one to take the Eagles to the promised land.

After a painful 33-36 loss to the Washington Commanders in Week 16, the Eagles entered this game with a vengeance, which they fulfilled with a commanding 55-23 win. Jalen Hurts was everywhere, throwing for 246 yards and one touchdown but also carrying the ball 10 times for 16 yards and three touchdowns.

Saquon Barkley, once again, was the star of this game with 15 carries for 118 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns. Washington's defense never had a response to the Eagles's rushing game and they made them pay whenever they had the chance.

Hurts and Barkley were also credited with this victory, while Sirianni was called "overrated" and "fraud."

The Philadelphia Eagles are waiting to know their 2024 Super Bowl opponent. If they fall short again in the big game, the front office might want to discuss Nick Sirianni's future.
