Pat McAfee is known for his outrageous, yet relatable personality, one that has garnered fans everywhere.
During ESPN's College Gameday in Knoxville, Tennessee, the former NFL punter lived up to that outrageous side of his personality.
While on a boat, the college football analyst decided to leap into the water, somersaulting in the air as part of a ritual ahead of the big Alabama Crimson Tide-Tennessee Volunteers matchup.

However, this isn't the first time the sports personality has taken a leap into a body of water.
Back in 2019, McAfee decided to do a belly flop into the Brazos River when the Oklahoma Sooners faced off against the Baylor Bears.
Perhaps the most stunning thing about the leap was his sheer commitment to the belly flop as his means of jumping.
McAfee said the leap was "probably the last" time on GameDay by jumping off of a boat and into the water in front of fans, mascots, broadcasters, and all of America watching at home.
But we all know that wasn't the case.
The popular commentator took a leave of absence as the commentator for WWE's SmackDown to join College GameDay this season.
Pat McAfee and his football career
The sports analyst played in college at West Virginia before being drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the seventh round of the 2009 NFL Draft.
After spending all eight seasons in the NFL with the Colts, he was a two-time Pro Bowl and was a first-team All-Pro.
McAfee kicked off in a Super Bowl when the Colts played the New Orleans Saints in Super Bowl 44.
In February 2017, the punter decided to call it a career. He has since embarked on a successful career in sports media, hosting the Pat McAfee Show on a regular basis.
