Over the last few years, Patrick Mahomes and his family have continued to gain popularity. Fans continue to support the Kansas City Chiefs star, equally excited about updates related to the Mahomes family. This includes his wife Brittany, brother Jackson, and mother Randi.

With over a hundred thousand followers on Instagram, Randi Mahomes has amassed a following of her own. She often posts content related to her children, along with a few personal snippets.

In an interview on the 'Mom Game Podcast' released last week, Randi spoke about the "darkest spot" in her life. Apparently, it was Kris Jenner -- mother of Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian, and Kendall and Kylie Jenner -- who stepped up to help her when needed. (Timestamp 57:38)

"At one point when I was in my darkest spot struggling on how to, like navigate this new life... And I reached out to Kris Jenner and she called me. And I still value everything that she shared with me because at the time Patrick hadn't won the first Superbowl, maybe he had.
"But I was just like, I need someone that can help me navigate through this, that my kids would be like, "You really did that?" she called me and helped me," Randi said.

She added how each of her kids has a way to navigate through life, but she has to look for her own way.

"I don't know how to navigate it. And all your kids are like successful, and you're helping with that. And I didn't want to be the manager of anything. I just wanted to be the mom. That kind of...hshe gave me some really great advice." (57:25) mark.

Patrick Mahomes' mother Randi continues to back her children

Randi spoke about Patrick Mahomes' illustrious NFL career in the same interview. With three titles to his name, Mahomes is easily one of the most successful quarterbacks the league has seen.

The QB, however, might not wish to play as long as Tom Brady. Randi, appreciating her son, stated that she was proud of his decision.

“I hear him, you know, make comments like, 'If the game takes away from my kids, I might not play as long as Tom Brady' and I'm like I'm so proud of him for that," Mahomes said (Timestamp: 24:32).

Randi also spoke about being the one to push Patrick Mahomes into sports, the latter choosing football much later in his life.

With the 2024 NFL season approaching, one can only expect to see Randi Mahomes there to support her son and the Chiefs.
