Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes gave some advice to Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely after the overturned touchdown in their Week 1 game.
With no time on the clock, Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson found tight end Likely in the back of the end zone. Baltimore had planned to go for two to win the game 28-27.
However, after review, a tiny bit of Likely's cleat was on the line, which made him out of bounds, so the catch didn't stand. After the game. Chiefs quarterback Mahomes told Likely he needs to start wearing white cleats.
"It looked good from my angle on the sideline," Mahomes said, via Yahoo. "But then that first view you saw you could see the cleat. That's a great football team, and I'm sure we'll see them again at some point in the playoffs. We're happy with the win now. He's got to wear white cleats next time, that's my advice for him."

Had Likely been wearing white cleats, it's uncertain if the replay would have been able to tell if he was out of bounds. But, Likely is putting the blame on himself, as he says he should have gotten both feet down.
"That's on me," Likely said. "I just have to get both feet in. I harp on myself to catch everything and make sure everybody puts us in the best possibility, so I take responsibility. Next time, I'm going to get my feet down."
Likely finished the game with nine receptions for 111 yards and a touchdown in the Ravens' 27-20 loss.
Patrick Mahomes has a strong showing in Chiefs' Week 1 win
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes played well.
He went 20-for-28 for 291 yards, one touchdown and one interception. But the quarterback only rushed for three yards on two carries, as he didn't use his legs as much as he usually does.
However, Mahomes did enough with the ball to lead the Chiefs to a win and start the season 1-0.
Kansas City will host the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 2.
