Patrick Mahomes' teammate trolls Chiefs QB in 6 words after shell-shocking Luka Doncic-Anthony Davis trade 

On Saturday, the Dallas Mavericks and the Los Angeles Lakers shocked the world as they swapped point guard Luka Doncic and forward Anthony Davis with complimentary pieces in a seismic trade that almost everyone refused to believe when it was first reported.

After the initial shock dissipated, Mahomes looked at the bright side. He warmed to the idea of Davis, a Defensive Player of the Year candidate and a 10-time All-Star with four First-Team All-NBA nods, playing alongside superstar point guard Kyrie Irving, as he wrote:

Mahomes, like the entire Mavericks fanbase, is still coming to grips with the loss of the face of their franchise.
