The countdown to 2025 came with balloons and party hats as Jacksonville Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence's wife, Marissa shared snapshots on Instagram with Christian Kirk and his wife, Ozzy Ozkan. Mrs. Lawrence's first IG Story from the day featured a ceiling dotted with black and gold balloons.

“Happy NYE 🎉🎊,” read the caption overlaying the image.

The second story featured Trevor and Marissa. The soon-to-be parents stood arm in arm in the backdrop of balloons as their party hats perched atop their heads.

“2025 is gonna be the best year,” read the caption with baby and heart emojis.

One thing was unmissable. Marissa appeared to be glowing with pregnancy.

Lawrence and Kirk's family's NYE celebration comes as the Jacksonville Jaguars wrap up a challenging season with playoff hopes dashed. Despite the team's struggles, however, Trevor Lawrence pulled off impressive career stats, including 11,770 passing yards and 58 TDs.

Currently third in the AFC South with a 4-12 record, the team will next face the Colts in Week 18.

Trevor Lawrence and Marissa Lawrence's baby will arrive any time soon

Last year in June, Trevor and Marissa announced on Instagram that they were expecting their first child. The couple met at Cartersville High School and got hitched in 2021.

"A little Lawrence on the way," read the caption of the IG Post.

Talking about being a father, the Jaguars QB later shared his excitement during an interview with NFL Network.

“We are super excited. From what everybody says, it definitely changes your life having a kid," he said.

Additionally, Trevor Lawrence also revealed the gender of the baby, a girl and it is due in January 2025.

He added:

"The last few years I have just thought of obviously heading in that direction of becoming a dad soon and been getting excited about it. And now that it is coming real soon, I am really excited and I think that is what it is about. Raising your kids, being good parents or a good dad, leading them the right way. I think that is the most important job you have."

Besides, he also addressed that the challenges are inevitable but he is ready for this new chapter alongside his wife, Marissa.
