Rob Gronkowski provides massive update on Tom Brady's future with FOX - "Definitely a possibility" 

Tom Brady has officially retired, which means he has once again joined his former teammate and friend Rob Gronkowski. Gronkowski initially retired in 2019 before returning to win the Super Bowl with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 2020 season.

Both players retired after the 2021 campaign, but Brady returned for another year. He insists that he's retired for good now, which means he can finally focus on his broadcasting future.

That future with FOX may include Gronkowski. Gronkowski is one of the most fun NFL personalities of all time and Dov Kleiman is reporting that the former tight end could join his quarterback in the booth.

Per Kleiman, Gronkowski said it was "definitely a possibility" when asked about joining his former teammate in the broadcast booth. Whether that's as a guest analyst or as a full-time member of the crew remains to be seen.

It was recently confirmed that Brady would not join the FOX team until the 2024 season. Next season, he will stay at home and join them for the following year, which gives Greg Olsen another season as the primary broadcaster.

As for what Gronkowski will be doing in 2024, it's anyone's guess. He is at least thinking about broadcasting, though.

He'll be 46 by the time the next season rolls around. He isn't getting any younger or better at the game. 2022 proved he isn't quite the same player, as he had the worst offensive season of his career and the Bucs finished below .500.

There's no reason to come back and risk it going even more poorly. Plus, he's already begun looking ahead to his broadcast career, so he's more than likely not coming back this time. His retirement is more than likely final this time.
