Saquon Barkley's first season with the Philadelphia Eagles has allowed the running back to showcase his potential and ceiling. After a turbulent departure from the New York Giants, the 27-year-old found a new home with his former NFC East rival.
Barkley's longtime partner Anna Congdon shared the playoff atmosphere at Lincoln Financial Field as the Eagles hosted the Packers on Sunday afternoon. The video on Congdon's Instagram Story didn't need context or a caption to hear and see the Eagles fan base hyped up for the game.
Congdon set the video to the iconic "Rocky" theme song from the Philadelphia-based motion picture.

Saquon Barkley and daughter Jada's pregame handshake made playoff debut
Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley and his six-year-old Jada have a special pregame ritual. A few weeks ago their sweet pregame handshake circulated on social media and touched NFL fans who found the moment to be sweet.
On Sunday afternoon, before Barkley took the field for his first playoff game at Lincoln Financial the running back had a sweet moment with his family. Longtime partner Anna Congdon and their two children, daughter Jada and son Saquon Jr., all met him in the end zone. Before heading into the locker room, they did their handshake as cameras caught the moment.
Saquon Barkley had 25 carries for 119 yards and two catches for four yards in his first playoff game with the Eagles. The running back is coming off a career year, becoming the ninth player in the history of the National Football League to rush for over 2,000 yards.
Saquon Barkley signed a three-year deal worth $37.75 million with the Eagles in March 2024. He spent six seasons with the New York Giants after being drafted with the second overall pick in 2018. After several offseasons of not being able to come to terms on an extension, the running back left New York after last season and has hit new heights with one of their biggest rivals.
