On Sunday, Sean McDermott and the Buffalo Bills survived a late onslaught from the Baltimore Ravens and beat them 27-25 to advance to the AFC Championship Game for only the second time in the last 32 years. They will battle the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium for the Lamar Hunt Trophy and a place in the Super Bowl.
The win over the Ravens was extra sweet for McDermott and his team. They not only avenged their 25-point loss in Week 4 but also delivered the perfect response to Jerry Coleman. The Adam Jones Podcast co-host called Buffalo a "city of losers" on X in 2019, which unsurprisingly did not sit well with the city's passionate fanbase.
The Bills Mafia have had him in their crosshairs since and during one of Ravens coach John Harbaugh's press conferences in the lead-up to Sunday's game, Coleman told the head coach about his jibe at Buffalo, which he seemingly found amusing.

McDermott addressed Coleman's comments in the post-game press conference, saying:
"[Buffalo's] the city of winners. It really is. It's the city of winners. These people in this town are winners, and I've been here just eight years, but I consider this my hometown. This place is different, and the people here are different. They deserve more than whoever said that about it."
