In the second quarter and with Houston leading 6-0, Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair pulled off a dangerous hit on Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence. Once the clip of the hit to Lawrence’s head and neck went viral, fans were far from forgiving.

"Suspend him and fine him for everything," one fan said.
"Dirty play. No place for that in the league," another fan wrote.
"Dude deserves to be locked up with the Diddler," a fan commented.
Azeez Al-Shaair's blow started a melee and ultimately escalated into a brawl
Trevor Lawrence, who had just returned from a shoulder injury, scrambled for a first down and slid to end the play. However, Azeez Al-Shaair charged and hit his head and neck.
As Lawrence's teammates rushed to Al-Shaair which led to a heated altercation. Coaches and officials tried hard to regain control.
Although ejections were carried out, Al-Shaair remained in the game. On the other hand, Trevor Lawrence was not injured but was shaken up due to the incident.
Azeez Al-Shaair's hit on Trevor Lawrence has once again raised questions about the safety of the players alongside the need for heavier penalties.
