Los Angeles Rams star Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly has proved on multiple occasions how big a Taylor Swift fan she is. Being a Swiftie, what better way to elevate your mood than the 'Blank Space' singer's high-energy songs?

On Friday, Kelly Stafford updated her Instagram story with a clip of her driving on her way back home. In the IG story, the podcaster can be seen vibing to Taylor Swift's songs, while noting how the singer cheered her mood up so fast.

"@taylorswift can always lift a mood," Kelly captioned her Instagram story.
"Just an hour drive back while our safe lets me know it's not 'safe,'" Kelly said in her previous story.

While it's not clear why Kelly Stafford left her house, a possibility is it could be due to her bad health. Earlier this week, Kelly revealed suffering from the flu and spoke about her chances of evacuating from her house to keep husband Matthew safe.

Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly revealed struggles with bad health

On Tuesday, Kelly Stafford shared a health update on her Instagram story. She revealed how her health hasn't improved much, after getting infected with flu, along with her daughters. Sharing details into the same, Kelly said:

"I wish iMessages had a custom auto response, but instead here you go: I have been bedridden for over 36 hours with this flu. I have 3 girls who are also battling the same. My energy is too low to think/organize/care for anyone but my kids and I.
"If you have been trying to get a hold of me about the playoff game and are getting no response, it will remain the way until I am able to function," Kelly further added.

Before sharing her health update on Instagram, Kelly Stafford revealed her plans to distance herself from her husband Matthew Stafford, as the NFL Playoffs' Wild Card game nears. Kelly's statement came during Tuesday's episode of "The Morning After" podcast, where she said:

"He won't come close to me, which I completely understand. That might also be a thing this week leading up to this playoff game. Well, if all my kids have the flu, I don't think we should be in this house with him. So it would be us moving, and I know everyone's like, 'Why would y'all move? There's five of you and one of him.'"

"Because all of his work stuff and his film room and everything is here, so um, we would just get out of here, yeah, and I think that is on the table right now. I mean, we have 105 fevers going around this house right now, and we can't have Matthew without going into the playoffs. So we're going to do our best to not let him get that," Kelly added. (2:13)

Talking about the Wild Card round, Kelly Stafford later revealed being "pissed off" with the NFL for scheduling the upcoming Rams vs Vikings showdown on Monday.
