Tee Higgins has been one of the most underrated members of the Cincinnati Bengals ever since they drafted him 33rd overall in 2022. Throughout that time, he reached one Super Bowl and made the AFC Championship game the year after that as Ja'Marr Chase's backfield partner.
But amid the team's struggles in 2024 and the rise of sophomore Andrei Iosivas, rumors have arisen of him being traded elsewhere. Addressing them on Up & Adams, Higgins said:
"I'm just here with the Bengals. I'm here with Cincinnati right now, and I'm locked in with the guys, and I'm ready to just keep it pushing. Let's hope we don't lose, and none of that have to come up, and that way we don't have to worry about anything like that."

"Obviously, I heard it, you know, the past few weeks when my name is coming up in the trade talks, but I just any way or the other, just keep my head straight and what I gotta focus going on here and that's trying to get a win, and, that's my main focus right now."
Tee Higgins discusses return to form ahead of Eagles matchup
In the same podcast appearance, Tee Higgins discussed his statistical comeback ever since he returned in Week 3.
A hamstring injury had been bothering the wide receiver in the first two games of the season, but he had three catches for 39 yards against the Washington Commanders. Since then, he has not dipped below 60, even scoring touchdowns in two of the next four games, and now sits fifth in catches, tenth in yards and third in touchdowns.
When asked how it came to be, Higgins said:
"(I'm) just staying true to who I am. Joe (Burrow) has been giving me great looks, and just me being me, going to make a play on the ball, and having strong hands throughout the catch. And (head coach) Zac (Taylor) is giving me opportunities to be great."
Higgins said greatness will be necessary when the Bengals host the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. On an interesting note, he caught the first two touchdowns of his career against them. He recalled:
"So my opponent had to look, fake block, corner route. Joe said he would hit me in the hole. And I'm not too proud of my first touchdown dance, but it was all right. I could have (done) something else that was way better than that."
The Eagles-Bengals game kicks off at 1 PM ET on CBS.
