They publicly announced their desire to buy the Denver Broncos. While people might think it was a joke or a distant dream, Brown pressed that they were serious about the decision.
In an interview with TMZ Sports, Antonio Brown shed some light on their plans, and seemed pretty determined to lock down a deal.
"Tell Roger [Goodell] to call me," Brown said. "We're working on it ... We're working towards getting it done."
The franchise was for sale and at the time was valued at $4 billion.
Ultimately, someone else landed the deal, which was confirmed later in 2022. The Broncos were sold to the Walton-Penner family. It was previously owned by the Pat Bowlen Trust, who sold it for $4.65 billion in June.

Antonio Brown supported Kanye West through his anti-Semitic comments
While Brown continued his year by making random comments and calling out Tom Brady, West was blasted for anti-Semitic comments. Even after athletes like Jaylen Brown and Aaron Donald cut their ties with West, Brown backed up his friend and remained with Donda Sports.
Furthermore, he was also made Donda Sports' president in February 2022. This was after he was released from the Bucs.
“I remain true to the mission of Donda and our amazing staff and community,” Brown said on Twitter. “I remain committed to bringing new ideas, experiences, and designs to our world I remain in support of the humanity that is Ye.”
Although AB stood by his decision, even brands like Adidad, Balenciaga and Gap condemned West's words.
