The New York Jets are one of four teams that could be featured on this season of HBO's "Hard Knocks". NFL Insider Dov Kleiman tweeted that there are currently four teams that are being considered for the popular hit show.

The reality show, which follows NFL teams throughout training camp, is sometimes seen as a distraction for players and teams. And, there is one member of the team that doesn't want any part of being filmed in the hit HBO show.

New York Jets cornerback and special teams specialist Justin Hardee tweeted on Sunday afternoon that the show can be given to one of the other teams. The team captain stated that the Jets are trying to focus on winning and filming the show would be a distraction for them and prevent them from finding that success.

"Man y’all can give hard knocks to another team man we tryna focus and win that’s a distraction."

The other three NFL teams that are being considered for Hard Knocks are the Chicago Bears, New Orleans Saints and the Washington Commanders. Despite what Hardee has pleaded, if the New York Jets continue their interesting offseason, they may be a top contender for the show this summer. Especially if the team completes the trade for quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Besides QB Aaron Rodgers, what other target do the Jets have?

It is well known that the New York Jets have their sights set on Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. But, as they continue the work needed to get the Super Bowl champion quarterback, the team is also working on securing other key parts of their roster.

One of those roster spots is for a starting center. As of right now, New York has their attention focused towards either Connor McGovern who played with the Dallas Cowboys or Tennessee Titans' Ben Jones.

It seems that the Jets are really focusing their attention on Jones, the reigning NFL Pro Bowler who spent the last seven seasons with the Titans. Head coach Robert Saleh confirmed last week at the NFL meetings that the team is interested in acquiring the veteran center.

He also mentioned that the team was trying to bolster other positions on the offensive line as well. Perhaps as another way to boost the offense in hopes of officially trading for quarterback Aaron Rodgers sooner rather than later.
