"They look like old school Patriots uniforms": NFL fans react to Bills' new uniforms for New England clash

The Buffalo Bills unveiled their uniforms for the game against their divisional rivals, the New England Patriots. NFL insider Adam Schefter took to X to break the news.

The ensemble features red jerseys with white pants while the socks will be red and the helmets white. However, this won't be the first time that the Bills have donned red jerseys. It is actually the team's color rush jersey but is more often worn with red pants. However, as fans were quick to point out, it looks very similar to the Patriots' alternate uniforms.

What's more, the QBs from the team sported this jersey at the annual training camp but have yet to wear it in a real game.

Fans largely weren't sold on the new uniforms and took to X to express their views.

"They look like old school Patriots uniforms."

"Even when the Patriots suck. The Bills still want to be like them."

"They looks like their normal uniforms do they have new socks or something," one fan commented.

"So..it looks like the patriots alternate uniforms 🤣" another fan said.

"I don't hate it but it looks too similar to Patriots old school look," one fan pointed out.

"Advantage patriots if teams wear identical jerseys," another fan said.

It'll be interesting to see what uniforms the Pats go with given the Bills' choice.

Josh Allen and the Bills enter Patriots game on a strong run

The Bills are coming off a major victory against the Detroit Lions. The Lions, who are the current leaders of the NFC, were on an 11-game winning streak when they walked into the stadium to face the Bills. However, the Bills beat them 48-42.

Earlier, the Bills also ended the Kansas City Chiefs' undefeated run this season, with QB Josh Allen making a strong case in the NFL MVP race.

However, the real question is whether the Bills will be able to keep it going and possibly take the Vince Lombardi home this season.
