Ahead of the East-West Shrine Bowl, Colorado Buffaloes star quarterback Shedeur Sanders did not seem excited when asked about possibly playing for the Cleveland Browns. Even though his answer sounded polite, his body language showed otherwise.
When Sanders was casually chatting with fellow teammate, Will Sheppard at the Shrine Bowl, the topic of his future team came up. Sheppard said:
"They're saying you're going to be a Cleveland Brown."
To which, Sanders replied:

"I don’t know where I’m going, I’m just thankful for whoever picks me.”
Interestingly, Browns fans, who are quite used to big-name players not wanting to join their team took Sanders' rejection in stride.
"Lol, real Browns fans know the franchise is dog shit. This isn’t surprising," wrote one fan.
"We are a grap show..until they figure it out.," commented another.
Meanwhile, a third fan responded, saying:
"He salty Af."
More NFL fans joined in and shared their opinions.
"Bro went straight into PR mode when the browns were mentioned. Lmao he don’t wanna be here and it’s written all over his body language," one fan commented.
Shedeur Sanders is expected to be one of the top picks in the upcoming NFL Draft. The CU star QB previously said he prefers teams like the Las Vegas Raiders or New York Giants.
His father, NFL legend Deion Sanders, has also hinted that colder cities might not be the best fit for Shedeur.
Cleveland Browns ready to make smart choices to build a stronger team amid Shedeur Sanders' diplomatic reply
The Tennessee Titans are holding the No. 1 pick. Therefore, they have a golden opportunity to select a QB like Shedeur Sanders or Cam Ward. While they have a chance to pick a QB, the Titans also need cornerbacks and an offensive line.
Next comes the Cleveland Browns. They have nine picks, including the second overall pick, which gives them a big chance to improve their team.
The Browns have picks in the second, third and fourth rounds, along with a sixth-round pick. They also gained extra picks through trades, including a third-round pick from Buffalo (from the Amari Cooper trade), a fifth-rounder from Detroit (from the Za'Darius Smith trade) and two sixth-round picks from Minnesota and Chicago.
Moreover, with free agency coming up, the Browns are in a good position to improve their team by using these nine picks.
