Star wide receiver Tyreek Hill seemingly requested a trade from the Miami Dolphins after the team failed to make the playoffs. It's the first time in Hill's career that he won't play in the playoffs.
After Hill's comments, oddsmakers named the Dallas Cowboys as the favorites to land the wide receiver, followed by the Las Vegas Raiders.
Cowboys fans were thrilled by it.

"Wouldn’t be a Cowboys offseason without people posting the Cowboys being the betting favorite for a player we sure as hell know we will not even get close to acquiring," a fan added.
Some fans, however, would be excited to see Hill on the Cowboys.
"Don’t give me hope," a fan wrote.
"Can you imagine Cee Dee lamb WR 1 and Tyrek Hill WR 2 on the Dallas Cowboys man that would be electric to watch let's make it happen Jerry Jones," a fan added.
Hill recorded 81 receptions for 959 yards and six touchdowns in a rather disappointing season.
Tyreek Hill requests a trade from the Miami Dolphins
After the Miami Dolphins failed to make the playoffs, Tyreek Hill didn't mince words as he requested a trade. Hill wants to play for a Super Bowl contender.
"There's a lot of things that I need to reassess about my career," Hill told reporters after Miami fell to 8-9 on the year, via CBS. "I just gotta do what's best for me and my family, whether that's here or wherever the case may be. I'm finna open that door for myself. ... I'm out, bro. It was great playing here, but at the end of the day, I gotta do what's best for my career. I'm too much of a competitor to be just out there."
The Dolphins acquired Hill in 2022 from the Kansas City Chiefs.
