Tom Brady knows a thing or two about a good football team. After all, he was part of seven Super Bowl-winning teams with two different franchises during his time playing in the NFL.

On Wednesday, Brady assembled a '5-a-side' football team featuring the US Basketball Olympic winners, featuring LeBron James and others. Brady posted a video on his YouTube channel, recapping his time spent in Paris during the 2024 Summer Olympics. The video showed him greeting many of the men's USA basketball team.

After the segment of him greeting and chatting up with the star players, Brady made his own football team while talking about which players he'd put on his team.

"LeBron's my tight end. I'm putting Jayson Tatum as my quarterback. Running back, that's tough maybe Ant (Anthony Edwards) as my running back," Brady said. "He's so athletic a little smaller to the ground.

"And my receivers … I need two different types, I need a possession guy and I need a down the field threat guy. So the down the field threat guy maybe move LeBron out to receiver. And I put Ant at tight end."
"Joel might be a little too big maybe he's other tight end. Joel at tight end then I got LeBron a receiver ‘cause I can utilize him better," Brady continued.
"He's got more downfield speed. Tatum’s my quarterback, Ant’s my running back and I need one more receiver. Who do we like? I’m taking D book (Devin Booker). I've seen his skill, he can go vertical, he's got speed, work over the middle. That's the squad."

Before retiring from the NFL, Tom Brady and Fox Sports agreed to a 10-year $375 million deal for him to become a sports commentator for their network.

After retiring during the 2022-2023 season, Brady took the next season off to enjoy retirement instead of going to the booth straight away. He said that he planned to begin his career as a broadcaster in the fall of 2024.

With one month away from the start of the 2024 NFL season, Brady is scheduled to make his debut in the booth in Week 1, calling the game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Cleveland Browns which kicks off at 4:25 p.m. ET.
