Tom Brady and the matter of retirement seem to be a constant talking point nowadays. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback was asked about his future for the remainder of the season. In Brady-like fashion, the three-time league MVP said this to the laughter of the media:
"No retirement in my future."
Many NFL fans took to Twitter to share their response to the quarterback's response. Some fans tweeted that his statement officially ends his marriage with his wife Gisele Bündchen:

Tom Brady and how his marriage has been impacted by football

In the most recent offseason, the greatest quarterback of all-time called it a career after 22 seasons in the NFL. However, his retirement lasted a little over a month, deciding to suit up for the 2022 season. This reportedly didn't sit will with Bündchen, as she wanted her husband to stay retired.
He spent 11 days away from the Buccaneers during their training camp. It was reportedly with Gisele trying to smooth things over.
Fast forward to the season, rumors swirled of a divorce as Bündchen gave Brady the choice between her and football. The couple have two kids together: daughter Vivian Lake and son Benjamin. He also has a son, John Edward Thomas Moynahan, from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
Some fans pointed to his change in behavior as a result of his martial woes. Back in Week 2 versus the New Orleans Saints, he was yelling at teammates and even broke a tablet. In Week Six against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the three-time All-Pro was seen screaming at his offensive line.
At this point, people are wondering why even returned to play despite his off-the-field issues. Although he's not retiring soon, we'll see how much the 15-time Pro Bowler has left in the tank.
