It's Tom Brady's son Jack's 17th birthday. His oldest son is nearly an adult now, and the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers Super Bowl winner wished his son a very happy birthday with a touching message on Instagram.
Brady began by penning a thoughtful note to "the kindest, sweetest, most thoughtful 17-year-old" he knows on his 17th birthday.
"You are truly a blessing in my life and I am so grateful to watch you mature into a young man. Your love of family, friends, school, athletics, hard work and dedication to everything you put your energy into are just some of your amazing qualities. I love spending every minute with you and I cherish our time together," Brady wrote.

The former New England Patriots star also mentioned his least favorite thing about his 17th birthday:
"My least favorite is that you can beat me in one on one now."
He ended by saying he loves his son forever, always and once more, wishing him a happy birthday. Brady is retired from football now, and one of the things he mentioned wanting to do was spend time with his kids.
Tom Brady opens up on parenting challenges
Despite stepping away from the NFL, Tom Brady hasn't gotten a lot less busy. He's about to embark on his first season as a FOX broadcaster, and of course, he has three children under the age of 18 to keep him occupied as well.
The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers player said via Page Six:
“I got a lot of things that keep me busy but still trying to be a great dad and be there for my kids."
He continued, shouting out to parents during his speech:
“And all the parents out there know that it’s a challenge to be a good parent. And all the kids I hope you appreciate your parents too! Because there’s a lot of work they put into making your life a little easier.”
Brady also joked about their calls and how he knows that if the phone rings, they need something from their future Hall of Fame father.
