After his divorce, Tom Brady's Thanksgiving is going to look very different. With his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen moving into a new home, it'll be a bit quieter and more awkward around the holidays.
However, that hasn't changed the quarterback's mindset about the holiday.
On his Let's Go podcast, he was asked about the upcoming festivities. He said it was time he could spend with his family:
“Thanksgiving, it’s always time for family. When you think about this holiday and the commitment that parents make and that my parents made to me and my career is unbelievable. You know what I mean?"

He continued:
“It’s just, I’m here in my 23rd season, looking forward to finishing strong here after Thanksgiving, and obviously with a lot of gratitude for the people that have made such a huge impact in my life and supported me throughout this amazing career.”
He admitted that he likes Thanksgiving because it's an excuse to eat good food:
“I know I’ve had a pretty strict diet over the years, but that’s one thing that loosens up around Thanksgiving. I get to eat kind of, you know, I get to go for it, especially during the season.”
Despite the recent divorce, it seems that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' quarterback is as thankful as ever this holiday season.
Where do Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers sit at Thanksgiving?
It has certainly not been the best season for Brady or his team. They've struggled much of the year, earning a few wins they were fortunate to get. Even still, they're just .500.
They sit at 5-5, one half game ahead of the Atlanta Falcons. They do not play on Thanksgiving day like many other teams do, so they will enter the holiday with that record.
They're still the favorites in the South, with a 77% chance of winning the division, per FiveThirtyEight. The Falcons have just a 13% chance of taking the crown, so the Buccaneers, despite their struggles, are in good shape entering the holiday.
