After a few weeks of rumors and reports, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen finally confirmed their divorce. Together for over a decade, the two were truly the NFL's power couple. This held true for their journey, as well as their massive net worth.

Their divorce could easily be one of the most high-profile separations this year. They will have to go through all of their assets, which include their houses and other properties.

As per recent reports, Tom Brady's house in Tampa Bay is already listed for sale. Brady lived in this house for most of his career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, renting it out with Bundchen.

However, with the couple now separated, the house in Davis Islands is up for sale. It is listed for $12.5 million.

It was a spacious six-bedroom and six-bathroom estate covering 6,500 square feet. It was built in 2019, looking out to the ocean. Other key features of the house included a wine cellar, one elevator, and a kitchen with sleek marble tops. The property even offered a spa and pool.

Throughout their time in Tampa, Gisele often posted photos from that very house. Bundchen and their children were often seen at the same house, enjoying some time off during the NFL season and otherwise.

Do Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have a prenup?

Back in September, reports claimed that Bundchen was asked to revisit her prenup. Possibly even alter it. Their current prenup is supposedly pretty basic, outlining who gets which asset.

Considering their earnings over the past few years, it could have been changed if possible. A report in Suggest.com said that Bundchen's friends asked her to revisit the prenup.

With the divorce now finalized, one can't tell if Bundchen has already changed her prenup or not.

Both Tom Brady and Bundchen revealed that their decision was amicable, and that they will continue to co-parent their children together.

Of course, it was not an easy decision for either of them. Both are trying to work their way through the divorce, which puts an end to a 13-year marriage. Fans have expressed disappointment over the news, hoping that the two stars continue to grow individually.
