NFL legend Tom Brady started 2025 with a heartfelt message on parenting. He posted a carousel of himself and his three children - Jack, Benjamin and Vivian - on New Year's Day and shared an emotional advice.
Brady captioned his Instagram post:
“I couldn’t have imagined a better way to ring in the new year than with the loves of my life. Reflecting on last year and thinking about the year ahead, there’s no better perspective than looking at these three and always trying to be better for them each day and helping to guide them in whatever way possible.”

He also shared a quote from the illustrated novel Big Panda and Tiny Dragon by James Norbury suggesting that the people you share your journey with are more important than the journey or the destination itself.
Tom Brady also expressed his gratitude for all the people who helped him along the way during his journey.
“I’m so grateful for the experiences, blessings, family, friends, and everyone else who has impacted me along the way. … I’m so blessed to have joy and gratitude in my life.
"No year ever goes exactly the way we want, but when I think about 2024, I could not have imagined anything better. So many new experiences that I got to share with amazing people, especially the three beautiful angels in these photos. I wish you all a happy, healthy 2025, and as I tell so many of my loved ones, “The best is yet to come!”
Tom Brady’s captions weren’t just words but a reflection of his commitment toward his family. Since retiring from football for good, he has been on various trips with his children. In 2024, he had two major trips with his children.
The first was the Montana adventure in July 2024 with Benjamin (14) and Vivian (11), which included outdoor activities like fishing and zip-lining. The next trip was in November to celebrate Thanksgiving. This time, Brady had all three of his children, whom he referred to them as ‘his everything.’ His former wife, Gisele Bündchen, was a notable absentee from the list, though.
A grilling NFL schedule distanced Tom Brady from his family
Tom Brady, who grew up in a close-knit family with three older sisters, has always valued the principles of family. But due to the hectic schedule of the NFL, he couldn’t commit much to his fatherly duties, leading to his eventual divorce with Gisele Bundchen in October 2022.
Since their separation, the children have been living with his former wife at their $11.5 million mansion in Miami. Brady often makes time to spend with his children amidst his busy schedule, making up for the lost time during his playing days. Bundchen is currently pregnant with her boyfriend, Joaquim Valente’s child.
