A report from Page Six released on Friday claimed that Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift “spent the days leading up to New Year’s in New York.” However, almost two days before the New Year, the NFL power couple went back to Kansas City due to Kelce's work responsibilities.

"Travis also had a ‘New Heights’ podcast taping. Taylor and Travis spent New Year’s Eve together in Kansas City and shared a kiss as soon as it hit midnight. It was very romantic," an unnamed source told the publication.

Talking about date nights in New York City, the pair was also spotted enjoying a double dinner date with Hollywood actress Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff. Following their recent appearance, fans have been wondering whether Taylor Swift will attend the Chiefs' upcoming game against the Denver Broncos on Sunday in Colorado.

Moreover, NFL insider Pete Sweeney also claimed last week that the tight end would most likely miss the Week 18 clash. Talking about the same, during his "New Day with SSJ" podcast appearance, Sweeney said:

"Andy, I believe, got done with the [Steelers] game and gave the guys some time to go do what they want to do. A tight end might be going to New York with his girlfriend, a quarterback might be hanging out with his kids.

"Who knows what everybody else is doing. But I think it's a nice reset for these guys. All these guys will practice next week, but I have a zero percent feel that any starter of any significance will play in this game."

Therefore, it's most likely that fans might not get to see Taylor Swift attending the Chiefs vs. Broncos contest. Instead, the "Blank Space" singer would want to spend as much time as possible with Travis Kelce before the playoff pressure jumps in.
