Travis Kelce turns $6,000,000 KC home 'invincible' with extensive security for Taylor Swift: Report

Following the burglary at his $6 million house in Kansas City in October, Travis Kelce has added extra security to his property. Kelce's decision was not based solely on his concerns but also on the security of his girlfriend Taylor Swift, who would be spending her time with him at his mansion.

A report from DailyMail released on Wednesday elaborated on Kelce's decision. An unnamed source revealed that he had constructed a safety room inside his mansion to keep an eye on every corner of it.

"As the holidays approach, Travis has gone all out to make sure that the security system and security personnel at his home are invincible," the source said. "The best gift he could get both of them is safety and assurance that they will always have a good night's sleep."

The source also explained how Kelce has installed a "state-of-the-art security system," making sure that Swift feels safe staying with him.

“Aside from a team of skilled security protecting the perimeter and surrounding grounds of his home 24/7, he has also installed a safety room in his renovations, which also include a man cave underground," the source said. "He has installed a state-of-the-art security system with every single possible entry, including all windows, secured.”

The Chiefs’ last regular season game against the Denver Broncos is scheduled for Jan. 5. However, fans might not get to see Travis Kelce play. NFL Insider Pete Sweeney appeared on the "New Day with SSJ" podcast on Friday and revealed Kelce’s plans with girlfriend Taylor Swift.

"Andy, I believe, got done with the (Steelers) game and gave the guys some time to go do what they want to do," Sweeney said. "A tight end might be going to New York with his girlfriend, a quarterback might be hanging out with his kids.

“Who knows what everybody else is doing. But I think it's a nice reset for these guys. All these guys will practice next week, but I have a zero percent feel that any starter of any significance will play in this game."

Since Swift has concluded her "Eras Tour," she has planned to spend more time with Kelce. Swift has reportedly found herself a new "home base" to stay close to the Chiefs tight end in Kansas City.
