Tyreek Hill and the Miami Dolphins kept their hopes of a playoff run alive with a win over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. The Dolphins, who were without starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa due to a hip injury, came out with the 20-3 victory on the road.

After the win, wide receiver Tyreek Hill shared a message for his fellow Dolphins' teammates on X. Hill's encouragement was to 'take care of business' referring to next week's season finale against the New York Jets.

"Let’s take care of business guys," Hill wrote on X following Sunday's win.

Not only will the Miami Dolphins need to defeat the New York Jets on Sunday, but they will also need a little help to secure the final AFC playoff spot. The Denver Broncos, who currently hold that playoff spot, would need to lose to the Kansas City Chiefs in the Week 18 season finale.

The Kansas City Chiefs clinched the number one overall seed last week and likely won't play many, if any, of their starters against the Broncos.

Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill reached major milestone in Sunday's win

Tyreek Hill had a goal of reaching 2,000 receiving yards this season, which won't come to fruition but he did hit a major career mark. On Sunday, Hill caught nine catches from backup quarterback Tyler Huntley for a total of 105 receiving yards on the day.

Those yards helped him reach 11,000 receiving yards in his nine-year NFL career. The wide receiver took to X to share how grateful he was for the wide receivers who came before him.

"To the ones that came before me thank you for paving the way," Hill said on X.

Hill became the 40th player in the history of the NFL to reach 11,000 receiving yards in their career. The most recent wide receiver to do so was the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Mike Evans, who did so in November 2023.

In 16 games this season, Tyreek Hill has 79 catches for 939 receiving yards and six touchdowns. The last two seasons, the wide receiver broke 1,700 receiving yards in back-to-back seasons. While that isn't attainable this season, he could still break 1,000 in 2024, he will need just 61 yards in the Week 18 season finale against the New York Jets.
