USC star Caleb Williams may not declare until the 2024 NFL draft, but he has his eyes set on which team he'd like to play for in the NFL.

Williams, the 2022 Heisman winner, revealed that he would like to be drafted by the Miami Dolphins:

“I’d probably go to the Dolphins," Williams said via People. “I also would be able to play with Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, and Mike Gesicki. The defense isn’t bad. That’s probably my No. 1 spot.”

He added that he'd play anywhere while also naming the San Francisco 49ers, Las Vegas Raiders, and Atlanta Falcons as other teams he'd enjoy playing for.

“San Fran, Raiders or Falcons. I’d play anywhere.”
“I can’t say right now [what I’ll do]. The expectation from everybody would be that I would leave and go pro, but that would be a very, very in-the-moment kind of decision after speaking to family members and mentors that I believe in and trust their word.”

Dolphins star wide receiver Tyreek Hill liked Williams' comments on social media.

Williams will likely be the top pick in the 2024 NFL draft if he decides to declare. After spending one season at Oklahoma, he transferred to USC and had an unprecedented season. He threw for 42 touchdowns, five interceptions and 4,537 yards while leading USC to a, 11-3 record.

While Williams is likely the top quarterback prospect for next year's draft, this year's draft will feature a lot of talent at the position.

There could be as many as five quarterbacks selected in the first-round of this year's draft. In comparison, last year's draft only had one quarterback go in the first round when the Pittsburgh Steelers selected Kenny Pickett.

Former Heisman winner Bryce Young of Alabama is expected to go number one overall. He's had a 23-4 overall record in college and has accounted for 87 total touchdowns and 8,356 passing yards. Ohio State's C.J. Stroud finished his college career with a 21-4 record, throwing for 7,775 yards and 81 touchdowns.

Other top prospects include Kentucky's Will Levis, Florida's Anthony Richardson, and Tennessee's Hendon Hooker. With many QB-needy teams in this year's draft, many of these guys will be selected early, with most of them expected to go in the top-10.

The first round of the draft will begin on Thursday, April 27.
