Patrick Mahomes has been a formidable leader for the Kansas City Chiefs and their fans. His skills have dazzled the Chiefs Kingdom for a long time and now the quarterback has wooed the attendees of Kelce Jam with a promise of further glory, sending shivers and excitement down the last person at this jampacked event.
Mahomes was drafted by the Chiefs in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft. After gaining the starter position a year later, Mahomes has led the team to three Super Bowl wins. However, he made sure the world knew his intentions for the upcoming season.
Mahomes was a surprise entry for the Kelce Jam attendees; his presence brought enthusiasm among the crowd, but his words were even more inspirational.
“We love you. And we just wanna let you know that back-to-back is not good enough. You know what we are going for. Three!” Mahomes said.

The Chiefs are on a historic run and in line to etch their names in the history books to become the first-ever NFL franchise to win the Super Bowl in three consecutive years. And the fans know that the partnership of Mahomes and Kelce will be instrumental in achieving this feat.
Patrick Mahomes has allies in his quest
The 28-year-old quarterback has been very vocal regarding his dream of getting the three-peat. However, he isn’t the only one in the franchise who has eyes on the prize. Head coach Andy Reid in March talked about the prospective third Super Bowl win in a row.
“I haven’t had time to think about it, but yeah!” Reid said.
The host of Kelce Jam, Travis Kelce also thinks similarly to his QB, Patrick Mahomes. Kelce said to the media:
“The goal is always to get three. And how about it? We get a chance to do it three times in a row.”
Mahomes and Co. will begin their quest with a rematch of the AFC Championship game against the Baltimore Ravens on September 5.
