WNBA sensation Caitlin Clark keeps linking up with notable figures around the NFL. After going viral over her interactions with Taylor Swift over the weekend, the Indiana Fever star starred in a commercial with two-time Super Bowl champion Peyton Manning. It's fair to say nobody expected these two to link up, but their acting drew a lot of attention on social media.

The 25-second-long clip showed Clark and Manning entering an operation room to perform a heart surgery. They exchanged words while trying to do the job but ultimately failed.

"Steady, steady," Clark said while looking anxiously.

"I got this," Manning responded.

Right after that, Clark cast doubt on Manning's performance.

"I don't think that's right, Peyton," she said.

"Being a heart surgeon is tough," Manning responded.

"I know. The whole cardiac team as Ascension St. Vincent is so skilled," Clark said.

"They can do it all. Even the most complex heart surgeries," Manning responded.

After that, the camera zoomed out, revealing that the retired quarterback was performing the surgery on a teddy bear while the pair left the room.

After a terrific 2024 WNBA season in which she won the Rookie of the Year award, Caitlin Clark's popularity reached new heights. She's signed deals with top brands and has now partnered with Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in downtown Indianapolis.

Clark and Manning have something in common, as they landed in the city and made a huge impact on their respective franchises.

Manning played with the Indianapolis Colts from 1998 through 2011 before taking his talents to Denver. He won Super Bowl XLI with the Colts and the MVP award. He was a four-time MVP award winner, a two-time passing yards leader and a four-time passing touchdowns leader. He was inducted into the Colts Ring of Honor in 2017 and the team retired his jersey number.

Caitlin Clark has been popular around the NFL in recent days

Before the commercial with Peyton Manning went live, Caitlin Clark made the rounds around the NFL world when she sat next to Taylor Swift to watch the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Houston Texans 23-14.

The Chiefs host the Buffalo Bills on Sunday in another heavyweight bout. It's unclear if Swift and Clark will be together again to cheer for the defending back-to-back Super Bowl champions.
