After hosting Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark, arguably the biggest name in women's basketball, on the last episode of the New Heights podcast, Travis and Jason Kelce took it up a notch with their latest guest.
The duo released a snippet on social media to reveal that the upcoming episode will feature Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James on the show. In typical Kelce fashion, Jason introduced the biggest name the brothers have hosted on their podcast with the appropriate pageantry.
The retired center gave a lengthy speech listing James's incredible list of achievements before mimicking the Ohio native's iconic chalk toss. The former Philadelphia Eagles star said:
"Joining us today, the 6'9" forward from Akron, Ohio, the #1 pick of the 2003 NBA draft, 2004 Rookie of the Year, 20-time All-Star, four-time MVP, four-time NBA champion, three-time [Olympic] gold medalist, and the NBA's all-time in career points, that's right 92ers, please welcome Northeast Ohio's finest, Mr. LeBron James!"

Jason's chalk toss left James in stitches and earned a massive roar of approval from his brother Travis, who yelled, "Let's go!" The Lakers superstar was amazed by the work the retired center put in to introduce him and gave him his flowers. He said:
"Oh my god! Jason, that might be the greatest introduction of all time. Oh my goodness, you guys are f**king unbelievable!"
The Eagles icon was unaware of the exact mechanics of James' iconic chalk toss and admitted that he ended up using too much. He was covered in the white dust, prompting the Kansas City Chiefs tight end to quip:
"This dude is just wearing the powder too. You just have to own it. Jason, you have to blow the powder away... This guy looks like a f**king ghost."
James guffawed after Travis' jibe at Jason, who was busy wiping chalk off his face.
LeBron James had called out Travis and Jason Kelce for not hosting him
The Kelce brothers are Ohio natives and avid Cleveland Cavaliers fans. They grew up adoring LeBron James but seemingly never thought of extending an invite to him to be a guest on their podcast, prompting the Lakers superstar to call them out. In a post on X in 2023, the four-time NBA champions wrote:
"[Jason and Travis,] Crazy I can’t get a invite to join yall fantastic show! Is it because you guys are truly the Kings of NE Ohio and I claim to be? Be honest!"
Despite the four-time NBA MVP calling them out publicly, it took over 14 months for them to finally have him on his show. However, Jason made it up to him by anointing him Northeast Ohio's finest.
