The Philadelphia Eagles have jumped out to a lead entering the halftime break over the Washington Commanders in the NFC Championship game. But there were fireworks between Marshon Lattimore and AJ Brown late in the second quarter.

The Philadelphia Eagles were driving down the field and scored a one-yard rushing touchdown by quarterback Jalen Hurts.

Wide receiver AJ Brown was blocking cornerback Marshon Lattimore on the play and the two were extremely physical with one another. As the video shows, the two got into an altercation while blocking one another. Lattimore's helmet got ripped off while the two were engaged with one another away from the play.

The pushing would continue towards the right corner of the end zone before the two disengaged. Lattimore was flagged on the play for unnecessary roughness and the ball was moved from the two-yard to the one-yard line as the Eagles elected to go for two points. The rancor on the field tends to happen when teams play for a third time in a season, as divisional opponents get under each other's skins.

Marshon Lattimore has always been known as a physical corner, getting into similar scuffles with Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans.
