Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews rewrote franchise history on Sunday, scoring his record-breaking 48th touchdown at MetLife Stadium.

The 13-yard pass from Lamar Jackson not only put Baltimore up 7-0 against the New York Giants but also propelled Andrews past Jamal Lewis' long-standing record of 47 TDs.

Fan reactions exploded across social media, capturing the raw excitement of the moment.

Some supporters were raving about his journey.

"What a freaking legend!" one fan commented.

"Congratulations Mr. Andrews," one fan wrote.

Others couldn't stop praising his throw;

"What a rocket throw. Congrats to Andrews though!" one fan said.
"Such a great talent. Congratulations Mark!" another fan wrote.
"Making it look easy out there," one fan said.

Mark Andrews has scored at least five touchdowns every season since his rookie year in 2018. He overcame significant challenges this season, including zero catches in back-to-back games against the Cowboys and Bills.

In Friday's press conference, coach John Harbaugh praised Andrews.

"He's all ball all the time," Harbaugh said. "You can just tell he thinks about football driving home, driving into work, probably while he's sleeping."

Mark Andrews' achievement is particularly remarkable given his recent injury history. He missed seven games last season due to an ankle injury and came into 2024 with 40 touchdowns. Now, he's the Ravens' touchdown leader and the only tight end leading an NFL franchise in career touchdowns.

With three games left in the regular season and one more year on his contract, Andrews isn't stopping.

"There's been a lot [of touchdowns] and I'm enjoying every second. I'm hoping to get a lot more," he said last week.

The tight end's connection with quarterback Lamar Jackson remains electric. Their celebratory chest bump after the record-breaking touchdown represented a partnership.
