Dalton Kincaid is not going to be at Utah's Pro Day despite that being his alma mater. One of the top tight end prospects in the NFL Draft won't show off for scouts and team personnel when his former college teammates do.
The reason for this is that Kincaid is still recovering from an injury he sustained late in the 2022 college football season.

"Utah star TE Dalton Kincaid is still recovering from a back injury he suffered late in the ‘22 season. He won’t work out today. He told me he was cleared to begin working out this past Monday & will be cleared for contact 6 weeks from then, May 1st."
While Kincaid is cleared to work out, he doesn't feel comfortable doing that just yet. However, the injury shouldn't put a damper on his 2023 NFL Draft stock since he'll be more than recovered by the beginning of camp.
He's expected to be cleared for contact by the beginning of May, so any team that drafts him can rest easy.

The tight end class in the 2023 NFL Draft isn't terribly deep, but most outlets agree that Dalton Kincaid is one of if not the best tight end in the class. Only Michael Mayer compares to Kincaid.
The Ringer's Danny Kelly said:
"Kincaid is an easy mover who can sink his hips and cut on a dime to create separation in his routes. He plays with a controlled tempo and natural balance, bringing top-tier body control when the ball is in the air. He shows an excellent feel for uncovering in soft spots in zone and has the speed to run away from man coverage on crossers and seams."
In terms of weaknesses, Kincaid isn't without them:
"He lacks power at the point of attack and struggles to sustain blocks. He’s too easily rocked back on slice blocks or backside blocks. His play strength is lacking at times; he struggles to get off defenders and can be knocked off-balance mid-route."
Where will he get drafted? The Washington Commanders (16), Detroit Lions (18), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (19), Los Angeles Chargers (21), New York Giants (25), Dallas Cowboys (26) or the Cincinnati Bengals (28) could look at Kincaid in the first round.
