The winless Tennessee Titans were in action on Monday night against the struggling Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium, hoping to score their first win of the season against the Tua Tagovailoa-less home side. However, they suffered an early setback in the game that forced them to make a chance at quarterback.
Sophomore star Will Levis suffered a right shoulder injury that left him needing treatment, paving the way for backup quarterback Mason Rudolph to enter the game and take snaps under center.

Levis suffered the injury after landing awkwardly on his shoulder in an attempt to get the first down and extend the Titans' drive. The quarterback completed three of his four pass attempts for 25 yards before the injury. However, his only incompletion was an interception that was picked off acrobatically by Dolphins linebacker Emmanuel Ogbah.
Levis' return to the game has been deemed questionable by the Titans' medical staff.
It's a massive blow for the Titans, who are still hunting for their first win of the campaign.
