Tom Brady's return to Tampa Bay following his short-lived retirement has been quite disappointing. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have played quite poorly this season and are 6-7 ahead of Week 15.
Todd Bowles became the new head coach of the Buccaneers to replace Bruce Arians, but he has been disappointing as well. He is the former defensive-coordinator of the Bucs, and after becoming the head coach, the defense hasn't looked good either.
With Tom Brady's future with the franchise uncertain, Bowles' job is also under threat. When asked about which teams in the NFL could look for a new head coach next season, NFL insider Benjamin Allbright said this:

"I think 7ish; Car, Indy obviously. Broncos, Texans, Chargers, Commanders, Cardinals, Saints, Bucs, andeven potentially the Rams and Seahawks all could be looking for new HCs for a variety of reasons."
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have dealt with injuries throughout the season on both ends of the field. This has been a major reason for their poor performances thus far. Todd Bowles has also made questionable decisions throughout the course of the season, and he is also responsible for their failure to execute their game plans.
If Tom Brady ultimately decides to leave the Buccaneers after this season, the franchise could look to bring in a new face and start fresh without Bowles.
Tom Brady needs to step up in the final weeks of the season
A lot of blame has been imposed on Todd Bowles for the failure of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this season. However, it would be fair to say that Tom Brady hasn't played well either.
He has a passer rating of 88.9 with 3,585 yards, 17 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions in 13 games this season. With his depleted O-line, Brady has failed to perform at the level he is used to performing.
The Buccaneers could easily miss out on the playoffs if Brady doesn't step up his game to finish the season on a high note. Other teams in the NFC South are creeping just behind the Buccaneers, and Tampa Bay needs to win some games now.
The Buccaneers are set to face the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 15 and are -3.5 points underdogs for this fixture. The Buccaneers' defense will be required to step up their game if they want to stop Joe Burrow and company.
